All orders are subject to availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary — for example, if an item is out of stock, pricing error occurs, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at checkout.
We accept card payments and other available payment options provided at the time of order.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We use DPD and Royal Mail to deliver orders across the UK.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days, depending on location and carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement, credit or refund.
For non-faulty returns, products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, returned within 7 days of purchase. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.

Our products are designed to be compostable or recyclable as specified.
Compostability may depend on local waste processing facilities and disposal methods.
We are not liable for incorrect disposal or misuse by the end user.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
