VeSustain – Returns & Refund Policy


Returns

  • Returns are accepted for goods that are defective, damaged, or incorrect fulfilment  subject to prior written agreement.
  • You must notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order if you wish to return any faulty items.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be  in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is also required when  reporting the faulty products.

Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us  by form given in website. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • If you are on Free Local Delivery orders, we will contact you to collect the returns of the faulty products.

Damages and Issues

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
